Dear mumuye Nation
I want to make enquiry on the "position" of the newly elected National EXCO of MCDA.
Many tribes including minority tribes in the northern zone are VERY busy lobbying the PDP stakeholders and chieftains to consider their tribe/people that have shown interest to contest in the 2023 general election especially in the following positions
1. House of representatives
2. Senatorial seat
3. Governoship position
We believe that the MCDA election is timely and will require proactive approach towards engaging the mumuye PDP and APC stakeholders for discussion, lobbying and strategic engagement towards having a slot on positions sharing by PDP to major tribes before the general election.
But up to now we have not heard from their secretariat how they want to do it, so that Inputs and key suggestions will be given to them on how to go about it.
Going forward, we believe that the new President and his team have the capacity and ability to do the needful on behalf of the mumuye race but REMEMBER time is not a good friend on this matter because we make HAY while the SUN shines or a STITCH in TIME saves NINE.
Our inability to unite for the battle ahead means we will be going back to the 2015 and 2019 political doom years of no HIGHER POSITIONS ( Deputy Governor, Senator,House of Reps, Speaker TSHA, Deputy speaker TSHA and principal officers in the TSHA) for the Mumuye POLITICIANS in the ruling PDP.
The SILENCE or lack of interest for the Mumuye nation by our POLITICIANS is very worrisome and this will tell that ALL of us (Mumuye) will PERISH POLITICALLY AS FULLS in the eyes of minority who have the interest of their tribes and people in all that they do.
He who have ears let him hear.
